About us
At the initiative of the Ministry of Culture, Mexico will host the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development - MONDIACULT 2022, to be held from 28 to 30 September 2022 in Mexico City. The aim is to rethink cultural policies and to address global challenges and outline immediate and future priorities.
As a multilateral conference, it will be attended by the governments of the 193 Member States and Associate Members of UNESCO; Non-Member States and Observers; organisations of the United Nations system; intergovernmental organisations and international non-governmental organisations.
However, MONDIACULT 2022 opens a space for creative communities and public at large to express ideas, concerns, interests, and contributions related to culture and cultural policies at the global level, through an open and inclusive model.
